Asia Record verifies achievements by comparing a clearly defined record claim with supporting evidence and the conditions required to measure it consistently.
Verification is not a popularity vote. A record proposal must be understandable, measurable and supported by evidence that allows the assessment team to evaluate the claimed result.
What does evidence mean?
Evidence is information that helps establish what happened, how it was measured, and whether the conditions of the proposed record were met. The correct evidence depends on the record category and should be confirmed before an attempt.
What happens if evidence is incomplete?
Asia Record may request clarification or additional material when a submission does not establish the proposed measure, conditions or authority of the applicant. Applicants should keep the original records and submit accurate information.
The Method
From Proposal to Recognition

Define the claim
The proposed record should state exactly what is being recognised, who achieved it, and the measure that determines success.

Set the conditions
The applicant and Asia Record should clarify relevant dates, locations, participants, equipment, units and other conditions for the attempt.

Submit evidence
Evidence can include documents, measurement records, photographs, video, witness statements and credible first-party or independent sources, depending on the record.

Assess the evidence
The submission is reviewed for completeness, consistency, measurability, standardisation, verifiability and ethical execution.

Communicate the decision
Asia Record communicates the recognition outcome and the record details that may be published for an approved entry.
